Monument commemorating the founding of the city. It was erected to celebrate the founding of the city of Dusseldorf in 1988. The sculpture tells the story of the founding of the city and the most important battle of Dusseldorf, the Battle of Worringen. In its reliefs, the allies and the enemies stand out, but there is one being that watches them patiently: Death.
