2. Castillo Benrath \ud83c\udff0\ud83c\udf38<\/a> A castle built in the mid-18th century that still has some really beautiful gardens to walk around.
3. Carlplatz Markt<\/a> \ud83e\udd39\u200d\u2642\ufe0f This place is in every guidebook to D\u00fcsseldorf. It is a market where you can find a bit of everything right in the city centre.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

1. The museum of the city of D\u00fcsseldorf dedicated to the events of World War II is the Mahn- und Gedenkst\u00e4tte D\u00fcsseldorf<\/a> \ud83e\ude96. It is a free museum with a permanent and a temporary exhibition. It also has a basement built to hide people during air raids.
2. In the south of the city is the Bilk Bunker<\/a> \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f. Built in 1942, this bunker has been almost completely preserved and adapted to the times. Today it is used as an art exhibition and you can visit the interior.
